Waiting Time
In order to ensure our 100% on-time guarantee, our drivers must observe strict schedules. We offer a 15-minute grace period to our clients; charges for additional waiting time begin 15 minutes after the schedule pick-up time, and are based upon vehicle type.

Executive Sedans and SUVs:

Passenger and Cargo Vans:
Specialty Vehicles:
$15 for each 15 minutes or portion thereof
$20 for each 15 minutes or portion thereof
$25 for each 15 minutes or portion thereof
$30 for each 15 minutes or portion thereof
$25 for each 15 minutes or portion thereof
30% of the hourly rate for each 15 minutes or portion thereof

Airport Waiting Time
For clients arriving at the airport, the grace period is 50 minutes after flight arrival. We kindly request that you contact your chauffeur or Preferred Transportation Dispatch during this period; after the 50 minutes has elapsed, waiting time is charged as listed above.

Meet & Greet Services
All Meet & Greet services will be performed in the main terminal of Denver International Airport. Domestic passengers should take the train from their assigned concourse to Baggage Claim area of the main terminal. Upon exiting the train, please proceed up the escalator to Level 5 (Baggage Claim level). Your greeter will be awaiting your arrival at the primary greeting area at the top of the escalator. Passengers arriving on international flights will be greeted outside the Customs & Immigration facility. Meet & Greet services are charged at a rate of $35/hour.
